Laura Sansone
Executive Director
Laura is a textile designer, educator, and consultant focused on regenerative and regionally based textile systems. She is the founder of NY Textile Lab, a design and consulting practice supporting environmentally responsible textile methods and local production networks, and the founder of the Carbon Farm Network, which connects designers to Climate Beneficial™ fibers grown on New York farms. Laura is also a Part-Time Assistant Professor of Textiles at Parsons School of Design and has designed woven textiles for companies including Maharam, American Silk Mills, and Burlington House Fabrics.
Rebecca Dillenberger
Engagement & Programs
Rebecca is a textile artist, maker, and advocate focused on regenerative, low-impact, and circular textile systems. She currently works as Program Coordinator for the Wool Quality Improvement Program, working directly with our growers supporting stronger domestic wool markets. With experience spanning sourcing, product development, materials, and fiber research, she brings both industry and systems-level perspectives to her work supporting regional textile economies.
Allison Page
Working Board Member
Allison is a maker of things, passionate spinner, lover of fleece, and textile educator. She currently works as the Specialty Sewing Lab Technician at Parsons School of Design, supporting students in technical sewing practice and material exploration. She also teaches spinning and tiny quilt making in Brooklyn, NY, and is the co-founder of the Brooklyn Spinning Guild, a community organization focused on fiber arts education and skill-sharing. Her prior professional experience includes work with yarn companies producing yarn for hand knitters, as well as roles in textile research and directing craft-based programming.
