Building New York’s regenerative fiber and textile economy

ABOUT US

New York Fibershed is a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting and strengthening the fiber and textile communities across New York. Our mission is to build a more circular and climate beneficial textile system through educational programming, industry development, and collaborative projects. Through flagship initiatives like the New York Textile Lab and the Carbon Farm Network, we are advancing a “Soil-to-Soil” model that restores ecosystems and strengthens local economies.
